ChatGPT EDU

HDS is pleased to be able to offer the Harvard-licensed version of ChatGPT to all our faculty and staff. Please contact CIO Dan Hawkins to arrange for access.

Harvard AI Sandbox

The Harvard AI Sandbox is now available for all HDS faculty, staff and students. The AI Sandbox provides a secure environment in which to explore Generative AI, mitigating many security and privacy risks and ensuring the data entered will not be used to train any public AI tools. It offers a single interface that enables access to the latest large language models (LLM) from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Meta. Features include image generation, data visualization, and the ability to upload multiple files.

Harvard Generative AI Tools Comparison Matrix

Not sure which tool to use, or if you should be using AI at all? See HUIT’s Comparison Matrix which gives an overview of available tools, their availability at Harvard, and what levels of Harvard data can be used with each.
