Audio-Visual and Multimedia Services

Classroom AV

HDS IT & Media Services supports Divinity, Rockefeller, and Swartz Halls; the Harvard Divinity School Library; the Center for the Study of World Religions; and the Carriage House. If your course takes place elsewhere, please contact the AV support office for that site, or contact Harvard University’s Education Support Services.

For each audiovisual request, a technician will be present at the start of the event to ensure that the equipment is working properly and that the user is comfortable with its operation. If you prefer that a technician remains for the duration of an event to operate and supervise the equipment, you must specifically request this in advance with the appropriate lead time. Please send all requests to avinfo@hds.harvard.edu.

To see what equipment is already available in your class or meeting room, see our list of permanently installed classroom technology, by location, on the Classroom and AV Services page of the HDS intranet (login required.)
