The HDS Office of Information Technology & Media Services and Harvard University Information Technology (HUIT) work together to support teaching, learning, research, and administration at Harvard Divinity School by providing robust technological infrastructure and related services.
For support with any HDS-owned computer or printer, best-effort support for personal devices, help using HDS’s website, intranet, email, network, or wireless system, or if you’re not sure where to direct your request, contact the Harvard University IT Service Desk:
- Visit the Harvard University IT Service Portal to chat with a service technician, call to ask a question, or submit a ticket.
- Send an email describing your issue to ithelp@harvard.edu
- For in-person support, make an appointment at the Harvard University IT Walk-In Support Center in the basement of the Science Center, located two blocks away at the corner of Oxford and Kirkland Streets. The WiSC is open 9 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday.
